A Tale of Furry Loyalty Too

The French Revolution is not just about stories of political change but also about heartwarming tales of a dog’s dedication. Many canine companions just refused to leave their human friend’s side even as their masters were being arrested. One dog even followed his master to the prison and stayed put at the prison door awaiting his master’s return.

Another one sneaked into his mater’s cell inside the prison looking for some love and playtime. He even brought him secret letters from his wife hidden in his collar.

Even the French royalty experienced their furry pal’s loyalty while they were locked up with their pedigree pack during their incarceration. The Queen’s dog was the only one who barked and alerted the family at the slightest noise.
